1. Return the product in its original condition and packaging.
2. Our team will perform a thorough inspection of all returns to prevent fraudulent claims.
3. Please note that we do not accept returns/exchange of used items.

Exchange Policy

For your convenience, we offer doorstep pickup for exchange request. 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the COD fee of ₹49 is non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed after a quick quality check. The refund amount will be credited directly to your Mahpara Store Credit within 2-5 business days. You can use this credit to make a fresh purchase on our website.
